You can check our website www.gt-gifts.com, chosse“PRODUCTS” or “CONTACT US” option. Choose your preferred customized products, send us the turnaround time, quantity and artwork. Easily you can send an email to greentree06@gt-gifts.com with your artwork and specs, and we will supply the quotation within 6 hours.

2. What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

Our MOQ is 30pcs! There are no restrictions on the website quote, so if you want to design or order lapel pin or challenge coin please email us!

3. Do you have any stock items?

As we are metal gifts original factory, usually all our products are customized,In the future,our design team plan to create more categories of lapel pins, challenge coins, belt buckles and keychains. Stay tuned to be expected!

4. How can I get the damaged order fixed?

Please send us your product photo of the damaged or flawed lapel pins or challenge coins. We will take a look at it and our sellers will follow up with you later in the day to let you know what we can do.

5. What is the difference between hard and soft enamel?

Process Principle:

Hard Enamel Craftsmanship: Fired at high temperatures (800-900°C), the color paste deeply fuses with the metal substrate. Upon cooling, it forms a dense glaze layer.

Soft Enamel Process: Baked at low temperatures (100-150°C), the paint is applied to the metal surface and fixed into shape by the adhesive.

Appearance & Texture:

Hard Enamel Craft: Surface is flat and smooth, flush with metal lines. Colors are warm and rich with no glare, offering a fine, non-reflective texture.

Soft Enamel Craft: Paint surface sits below metal lines with slight texture. Colors are vivid and bright with noticeable glare, creating strong visual impact.

Performance:

Hard Enamel Process: High-temperature resistant, abrasion-resistant, corrosion-resistant. Will not fade or peel under normal use, with a long service life.

Soft Enamel Process: Prone to scratches from sharp objects. May yellow or peel when exposed to prolonged sunlight or high temperatures. Moderate durability.

Cost and Application:

Hard Enamel Process: High material and processing costs, suitable for premium commemorative coins, national insignia, and collectible-grade badges.

Soft Enamel Process: Lower cost, ideal for corporate gifts, event souvenirs, and mass-produced standard badges where cost-effectiveness is prioritized.

6. What file format do you need for my design?

Vctorized files are the best one, but you also can send us ai, pdf, png, jpg, jpeg. Regarding dimensions no restrictions. A PNG file of resolution 300dpi can also work if you don’t have a vector file.

7. Can you create artwork or proof for me? Is there an additional cost to this? Also is there a template of the proof that I can use to make sure my design has all the information the manufacturer needs?

Yes, we can provide free proof for you, We provide free JPG files. You can make any changes and edits that you like. All you need to do is reply back to use, We do not have a generic template for coins or pin badges, so if you have any questions or concerns, please let us know freely.

8. Are the designs on your site copyrighted?

The designs are copyrighted by the designers, all rights reserved, we won’t release them for distribution elsewhere.

9. What is the price of your customized products?

Mold fees and unit price are all differ depending on each custom design. We can’t necessarily provide general pricing as all prices are customized. The quotation feature does not have additional offerings like chains and gemstones. So to provide you with accurate pricing you can submit an inquiry through our site using the quotation feature or send us an email with all the information and we can submit it for you. We provide free design assistance.

10. Do you offer a guarantee?

Prior to mold open of your order, you can cancel order and are entitled to our money back* guarantee! Once your order is in production, or has shipped , we will not be able to cancel it and no refund will be given simply.

Whatever, If the product has a defect when customer receives it, we will either re-make your order FREE OF CHARGE or offer you order discount based on a case-by-case basis (depending on the severity of the product defect and the number of defective products involved).

1. Can your company provide professional Pantone color cards for selection?

Usually we will send the PDF pantone color files for customer checking, also we recommend customers to enter Pantone’s official website to select Pantone color number, or you can directly enter: https://www.pantone.com/color-finder to select, we provide your order according to the color number you choose.

2. Do customized products include accessories ?

If your metal gifts need accessories, In terms of lapel pins, GT Gifts can supply 11 choices. Like military metal clutch, rubber clutch are free,Magnet backings, deluxe backings, cufflink and safety pin, you need tell use such needs at begin, then all are included in the unit price, no need extra fees.

3. What packaging do your company’s customized products have?

Different products usually have different packaging options: our metal products usually have 4 types of packaging for pins: OPP Bag, plastic boxes, velvet bags, velvet box options; for other materials, we usually provide OPP Bag, which is free. Others will be an few extra charge. For all packaging of related products, including lapel pins, patches, challenge coins, medals, belt buckles, lanyards, wristbands and so on. We all use PVC pouches, very strong protect the products.

4. Is it possible to engrave our own logo on the product?

No Problem, our metal and PVC materials products like PVC patches, PVC Coach can provide customers with additional logo engraving services.

5. Can I get my products faster than typical turnaround time?

We provide urgent order service, if customers need the production of orders urgent, only need to pay expedited fees to get products faster.

6. How close will my final product look compared to the proof I’ve received?

All Pin or coin colors will be pay attention to“as closely as possible” to your original artwork. Most of our products are hand-made / hand colored and differences in dye and color lots can be expected from time to time.

Please note that due to differences in monitor calibration the colors displayed on your monitor may differ from the colors in the Pantone guide.We match colors based on the printed guide.

If color match is not selected at beginning, refunds for color matching will not be accepted.

Please understand that our products are hand-made, and hand finished. EACH PIN is an individual work of art, uneven enamel fill, small scratches and dust ARE NORMAL IN PIN MANUFACTURE, and will not be credited.

1. I have no artwork, can you help?

Yes, absolutely! We offer FREE art and design services with every order!

2. After I place my order, when will I receive my products?

Our delivery times range between one and four weeks after receipt of an order and approval of artwork (please confirm with our sellers when you order them) However, some delivery times may vary depending upon the quantity, production methods used, or uniqueness of your design requirements.

3. What if I need to make changes or cancel my order after it’s in production?

Any changes or cancellations are subject to charges based on costs incurred up to time of your request. No change is accepted once an order is in production. If changes are necessary once production begins, it will be considered a new order.

4. How should I supply my own artwork to you?

Most preferred format is Illustrator or .eps vector artwork and all fonts converted to outlines/curves. Usually customer send us their JPG photos, our designer help make the artwork out.

5. Will I receive an art proof or artwork before produce my pins?

Yes, we will send you a proof after receipt of your order and will not produce your pins until we get your final approval of the artwork.

1. What materials are used for your medals?

Our medals are primarily crafted from either steel or zinc alloy. Steel offers superior durability, though it allows for less intricate detailing. Zinc, on the other hand, is lightweight, non-magnetic, and capable of showcasing more complex designs.

2. How thick are custom medals usually?

Generally, enamel medals work best with a thickness between 3-5 mm, while UV printed medals are usually 2-3 mm thick. There is no extra fee for the regular thickness. If you’d like a thicker medal, it’s available for a small extra fee, depending on your design needs.

3. Can I create a medal in any shape I want?

Yes, all the medals shape are customized, then we open mold based on it. While round and shield-shaped medals are the most popular, you’re welcome to explore any custom shape.

4. Do you make medals in small or extra-large sizes?

Of course. We accommodate medals of all sizes. Our system supports sizes ranging from 1.5 to 4 inches, and if you need a different size, we can customize that for you as well.

5. Can I add my own photo or image to the medal design?

Of course, We supply UV printed and gloss dome insert medals that can incorporate your images. To ensure the best producing, upload high-res images at 350 DPI or higher. Accepted formats include .jpg, .pdf, .tiff, .png, .psd, and .bmp.

6. Is a neck ribbon included with the medal?

Yes! Every medal include a free neck ribbon.

You can also gie us your custom-printed medal ribbon to feature your event name or logo for making.

7. Can I design different numbers or names on each medal?

No Problem. We know that the medal is personalized for your participants. So we offer an exclusive service. GT Gifts often uses laser engraving to realize it. Of course, an extra fee will be charged. But if you want to your names or numbers with the metal line, they need extra molds. And you need to make separate order ( we call it “AB ORDERS”), and these orders will be produced and shipped at the same time.

8. How can I make my medals unique?

GT Gifts suggests you can think about bottle opener medals because it is practical. Some special crafts like 3D or cut out is a nice way. Some glitter powder or rhinestone will make your medals shiny! More info at best 12 personalized medals for your race.

9. How can I get a custom medal?

The first one is send us your medal photo or idea with jpg files,then our seller will quote you based on your size, quantity needs, then the medal designer to make the artwork proof for you to confirm.

1. How much does it cost to ship your order?

All orders include lapel pins, challenge coins or medals are shipped by DHL, Fedex or UPS within 3-7 days on the way arrive US.

2. Can I track the order logistics information?

Of course, we will SUPPLY the tracking information of the goods to you by message after shippment.

3. How long can I get my products?

The Delivery time depends on your products quantity and design, It need around two weeks. Usually, challenge coins will be complicated compared to other products. It need around three or four weeks.
